How to register
Please click on the link below and complete the online registration:
Online registration will be open until the 12 September 2024. Every participant, including invited participants must register.
Fees
The following registration fees apply:

Full Registration Fee Includes

Payment
South African delegates to please pay the registration fees via bank transfer/EFT as PayPal will incur additional charges.
Registration fees are quoted in Euro (€). Please adhere to the instructions for payment of all fees involved. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.
Note: Some banks may consider credit card payments to South Africa high as risk transactions. In this case you may need to pre-arrange transfers with your bank in order for the transaction to go through.
Kindly ensure that these arrangements are made timeously in order to facilitate your registration.
Credit Card Payments: When opting to process payment by credit card via Paypal, please use your unique invoice number and your surname as payment reference.
Bank Transfers: The final date for bank transfers is the 13th September 2024. Please email a copy of your bank transfer through to Leanne@tcon.org.za and use your unique invoice number and surname as payment reference.
For International bank transfer payments, any shortfall of payments will be for your own account.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds on paid registrations. Only name changes will be accepted under special circumstances. Please contact Leanne@tcon.org.za for assistance.
