Instructions for presenters

Please review the following important information:

• The conference registration desk to receive your name badge and other information will be available from 14:00 on 15 September 2024.
• All oral sessions will take place in venues: Masterclass and Think Tank 1.
• Each presentation is allotted 20 minutes, i.e., 17 min for your presentation and 3 min for Q&A.
• Presenters can use their computers, but the conference room has a laptop. Please ensure your computer has an HDMI interface if you plan to use it.
• The laptop we provide in the conference room has Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader. The aspect ratio of the screen in the room is 16:9.
• The presenter should inform the session chair that they are present at the session venue during the break just before their session. Please check before the session that you can connect to the projector to avoid unnecessary delays during the sessions.
